Wedding Photography Dallas/Fort Worth Texas
So I headed over to Des Moines, IA to shoot Ashley & Tom’s engagement shoot. It was my first time actually shooting in this awesome city, and I absolutely loved it! we started at a cute little rose garden, and then headed over to this amazing red pedestrian bridge which just so happened to have awesome train tracks right by it. I had such a blast photographing these two and I cant wait to photograph their big day in just 4 short weeks! Congrats you two!

John & Jen’s wedding was so much fun. They added so many awesome details to their special day to make everyone feel so loved. They bought Toms for everyone in the bridal party, even the little flower girl, the girl had matching blue coach purses, a penny dated 2012 from her grandpa put in her shoe for good fortune, her grandma’s hanky, (just to name a FEW) and through al of this, you could really see that they wanted to incorporate who they were into their day ,which I thought was so neat. The thing that touched me the most was that Jen and JOhn gave each other cards before they saw each other to let the other know just how much they love one another. It was so fun to see the joy in both of their faces when they opened the others card. SO special. We headed over to the capitol building to do their portraits because it was super hot that day and that building was simply incredible inside! These two were also just as cute as can be and so obviously in love. Its days like this that make me want to be a wedding photographer forever. Congratulations you two!
Also I must admit I kinda had a hard time choosing my favs from this one so this post is a little extra long….=)
