When I first met with Allison to talk more about her wedding day, after deciding she wanted me to be her photographer for her big day ( which I was thrilled about of course ) she had mentioned that they were going to go to New York for a vacation in a month or so…..So I said “how awesome would it be if we did your engagement pictures out in New York in Central Park?” Right away she said “YES!!!” and the rest is history. I traveled out to New York City and stayed in the bustling city of Manhattan for 3 days. While there I was able to sight see with my Auny on my down time which was something I have always wanted to do in New York…such great history there! Cintral park was an ideal backdrop for an engagement shoot. There is so much history and architecture there…Its kind of a photographers dream! Allison & Courtney were so cute together so all in all we had a blast! We did some photos right before sunset, and the rest in an early morning session the next day. Loved this shoot and I’m so excited to shoot their Spring wedding next year!
